The Holy Wholly 7-Day Detox is an invitation to slow down, simplify, nourish your body, and create space for God… while caring for your spirit, mind & body. We’ll still be following the Dr. Cabral 7-Day Detox, but this time, we’re approaching it through a bigger picture of wellness.
Not perfection. Not restriction. Just seven days to simplify, reset, and make room for what actually brings life.

Yes, we’ll be supporting the body through the Dr. Cabral 7-Day Detox but I don’t want this week to be only about what we’re eating, drinking, or taking. I want it to be about creating space.
Space to slow down.
Space to simplify.
Space to nourish your body.
Space to quiet some of the noise.
Space to pay attention to how you’re feeling.
Space to spend time with God.
Space to listen.
Space to let the Holy Spirit lead.
This is an opportunity to step back from the noise and be intentional about caring for the whole of who we are spirit, mind & body.
