Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing any digital product, coaching program, mentorship, consultation, course, downloadable resource, or 1:1 service from Ksenija Savic Group LLC, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to guides, templates, PDFs, courses, recordings, devotionals, downloads, and other digital or online materials, are non-refundable. Because digital products may be delivered and accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final.Once a purchase has been completed and access has been provided, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Coaching Mentorship & 1:1 Services

All 1:1 coaching sessions, mentorship programs, consulting sessions, Prophetic Consults, private coaching containers, and other personalized services are non-refundable. When you purchase a 1:1 service, you are reserving dedicated time, preparation, energy, and availability specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of these services, payments are final and non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, you may request to do so with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, may result in forfeiture of the session and will not be eligible for a refund.

Group Programs & Community Experiences

Payments for group programs, challenges, detoxes, memberships, and other community-based experiences are non-refundable once registration has been completed, except where otherwise stated in the specific offer terms or required by applicable law. If you are unable to participate after registering, your payment may not be transferred, refunded, or credited unless otherwise stated in the offer details.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Ksenija Savic Group LLC directly with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for products or services that have been purchased, delivered, accessed, scheduled, or provided, except where you believe a payment was made fraudulently or you have another legal basis to dispute the transaction. Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to purchased products, programs, communities, or services.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.

Agreement

By completing a purchase from Ksenija Savic Group LLC, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy and understand that applicable purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to the terms above and any rights provided by applicable law.
